The Be Relevant Youth Conference 2025, themed "Fit for the Job: Positioning Youth for Influence," brought together young leaders from across the region to discuss the future of professional excellence and purpose-driven careers. The event focused on equipping attendees with the tools and mindset needed to become influential figures in their chosen fields.

The Karis Foundation's founder, Grace Chundama, was a featured speaker for the Business and Corporate Leadership session along side female coporate leaders; Pearl Thornicroft (Development Expert), Chiwala Sichilaba (Anakazi Banking) Stanbic Bank, Nazia Alloo (CEO, IH Management Consultants) and Dr. Mulenga M. Mukanu (Director M&E and Research, Healthy Learners Zambia). In a compelling address, She spoke about the importance of pursuing purpose and embracing excellence in professional journeys. The talk inspired the youth to align their career aspirations with their personal values, emphasizing that true influence comes from a commitment to both personal growth and making a positive impact on their communities.
